- Séance collective : inscription à nathechard@orange.fr pour le personnel et les étudiants (prise en charge par le service médical)
- Séances individuelles de 45 min (avec enregistrement de la partie pratique des séances, remis au pratiquant par mail ou sur son propre support) au tarif de 25€ pour les étudiants et 35€ pour le personnel. Séances personnalisées en fonction des besoins individuels de chacun. Prise de rendez-vous par email à nathechard@orange.fr
