En 2021, CentraleSupélec a obtenu le statut d’observateur aux prochaines Conférences climatiques of the Parties (COP) grâce au soutien de l’école et sa Fondation.

Ainsi, des délégations d’élèves et de chercheurs pourront se rendre chaque année à ces négociations internationales. Cette année, la COP26 a lieu à Glasgow et l’équipe est constituée de trois étudiants : Alexandre Roussel, Léo Maumet et Erwan Gardies, ainsi que de doctorants et chercheurs du Laboratoire Génie Industriel.

Leur mission sera d’informer l’école de l’avancement des négociations, de participer aux actions environnementales, et d’initier des travaux de recherche. Un canal de communication sera mis en place d’ici peu. Pour plus d’informations : emma.jagu@centralesupelec.fr

A CentraleSupélec delegation at COP26

In 2021, CentraleSupélec was granted an observer status to the climate Conference Of the Parties (COP)  thanks to the support of the Fondation. This will allow delegations of students and researchers to attend these international negotiations each year. This year, the COP26 is taking place in Glasgow and the team is made up of three students: Alexandre Roussel, Léo Maumet and Erwan Gardies, as well as PhD students and researchers from the Laboratoire Genie Industriel.
